The Answers You Need
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We apologize that your item did not work out.
Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus an $8 shipping fee. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit CANNOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.
I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THEM TO RESPOND?
All emails are answered within 24-48 hours by a live person. Please place the customer’s name and order number in the subject line. Be advised, a detailed email including shipping address and contact info will get you a more customer centered response
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A HIGHER PRICED ITEM IF I PAY THE DIFFERENCE?
No. Exchanges are only for items of equal and lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will provide an online credit for the difference.
